1950 Born in Tokyo, Japan.
1978-79 Went to Paris.
1990-96 Had several solo exhibitions at Shinobazu Gallery, Tokyo.
1993-95 Exhibited International Contemporary Art Fair.
2000 Created works for Okinawa Summit.
2002-05 Had solo exhibitions at Gallery Mukyo, Tokyo.
2005-11 Exhibited at Art Fair Tokyo.
2008-11 Had solo exhibition at Hirano Kotouken, Tokyo.
2012 Had solo exhibition at t.gallery, Tokyo

Nobuo Hashiba puts a theme of ' Origin' into his works with simple forms. His theme of ' Origin' is presented by several elements such as Jung's collective unconscious, prototypes, and Japanese traditional aesthetics.
