1946 Born in Japan.
1966 Went to France, lived for one year in Paris.
1967 Lived in New York for six months before moving to Montreal Canada where he studied under the ceramic artist, Geatan Beaudin. In this period, came back to Japan twice and studied under Tatsuzo Shimaoka in Mashiko.
1975 Worked as a designer for the pottery company SIAL in Canada.
1978 Established a studio in St. Gabriel, Quebec.
1981 Returned to Japan and worked in Matsuzaki on the West Coast of the Izu Peninsula.
1984 - 87 Managed “Shop Taizo” by the Shibuya Parco Store , Tokyo.
1991 Built his residence and studio in Futo, Izu Peninsula.
1992 Developed his distinctive white porcelain, and had his first exhibition of this New York.
